View Full Version : IF Kobe was in his prime the last 4 seasons.. would LeBron have any rings?

Kidbasketball20

The answer is no.

And MVP wouldn't even be close.

The Heat would have gone 0-4 in the finals (still had weak Eastern Conference)
against Kobe/Shaq Laker Dynasty Years.

LeBron's 2/5 in the Finals compared to Kobe at this time in his career is laughable.

Not all players have 2-3 year primes. Godbe's lasted about a decade:pimp: . And Kobe's only time missing the playoffs was in 04-05 because of an injury so don't see what your getting at.

Considering Kobe has only beaten Lebron 6 times in 20 tries I would have to say yes. It's a good thing they didn't face off in the Finals though, as it would have been mad embarrassing for Kobe. :oldlol:
This fool couldn't even beat Lebron's garbage Cavs teams for crying out loud. :biggums:

I think we both know Kobe woulda switched teams had they not gotten Pau. Prove me wrong :lol

I must say the mods are being very biased these days. I made a thread criticizing Kobe yesterday, and it was literally deleted in 2 seconds. Yet obvious troll threads about Lebron are allowed to spam the first page of the board. :facepalm

Can someone explain to me why Kobe wanted to be traded in 2007 when he had a team of Odom, Bynum, Vujacic, Radmanovic, and Phil Jackson?

Heck LeBron took worse teams to the finals

Kobe the spoiled brat was willing to jump ship, unless the Lakers were stacked to the brim

Interesting but inaccurate

I'd say people who have followed Lin from NY to Houston can see he can be a very good PG, but Houston was a terrible fit for him.

He actually wanted to 'collude' with luol deng and the bulls..

but yes, making a bran comparison, if kobe had his mindset he would've been teamed up with timmy and possibly dirk as early as 06.

Kobe lost the MVP to Steve Nash and LeBron before so he would lose again. Shaq would be the difference.

Probably your embarrassingly terrible, biased posting history had something to do with it. You build a track record of being a shit poster, threads started by said shit poster tend to start getting deleted more frequently.

Because Kobe would be the reason LeBron loses. :oldlol: It would have more to do with Shaq being in his prime. Funny how you left off Shaq in the title of this thread. If it was just Kobe I would pick the Heat.

If Kobe actually managed to get that Lakers roster-team to the finals 4 years in a row then the Heat-Lebron would more likely won more than 2 or all those 4 championships, considering i dont think those Lakers teams all in all would be as good (or present the same problems) as those teams Lebron-Heat faced in Finals...

..as far as MVPs goes... are we gona act like Lebron had trouble getting more mvps or mvp votes than Kobe (who was in his prime when Lebron was in Cleveland)?

Lebron since he entered the league 2004+ overall certainly didnt have any problems against Kobe or his Lakers anyways... infact factually it was Kobe who had much more problems against him... if prime Kobe was truly better than Lebron all this wouldnt be the case....

Kobe should thank Stern for gifting him Gasol in a ridiculously lopsided trade. Before that and after he ran Shaq out of town he was busy missing the playoffs and getting knocked out of the first round. :lol

Who should Lebron thank for the last 4 years? or the upcoming years? Not only did the NBA make sure his time in Miami wouldn't be hindered by real competition by vetoing the CP3 deal, but they made sure his home Team was infused with talent and assets before his return.

LeCramp owes more to the league than Kobe ever will, trust me.
