I feel like I remember seeing one episode of that which was dedicated exclusively to several people's internal monologues on the subject of whether or not he would begin a fight they had been building towards by leading with his right foot. Then there were several close-ups of people's eyes and expressions.

i agree, doesn't look as good. the original was amazing when i first saw it.
