The guy was high on bonzai drug and he wore his favorite swimsuit and went up to the roof to swim. Then he jumped from the roof. But there was a problem that there was no swimming pool around. It was just hallucination.

I think I heard a siren , so there may have been cops . I don't think anyone could have gone up there and stopped him tho, he would have just jumped even faster.

If it was us, we'd all think it is just some ****ed up fratboy acting dumb. No way they could've known he was going to jump, high or not.

You could see he was preparing to jump. Also, no point in videoing him if you thought he was just going to stand there on a roof.
