If I did, I would have been more into sports and girls instead of grades :pimp:

If you are a high school student looking at this thread, don't takes grades too srs unless you wanna go to like an ivy league.
keep a B average or higher and you're good, live life. Play sports and flirt!

Naw, I stopped trying too hard after freshman year and had a good time. No need to do it again.

My senior year, I didn't do sports but I played tons of pick up basketball games at my friend's house. He had a basketball hoop in his driveway but it was a pretty large driveway. I got about three hot girls numbers first semester of senior year but honestly had no idea what to text them :facepalm. Some girl wanted to take me out to lunch after my part-time job- but I said I had to go home and I thought she was cute. Didn't realize she was really asking me out on a date kinda . Missed opportunity sigh.

Only dated a girl briefly in sophomore year. My last two years were mostly flirtatious behavior. My grade had only a few couples that were legit (surprisingly most of them lasted 4-5 years post high school) but for the most part, "hooking up" senior year was pretty common.

I would only want to do it for a week. The only thing I miss about high school and being a teenagers was how intense everything felt. Chasing a girl you have a crush on was a crazy emotional ride back then and it would be fun to do that again.

Yeah, I actually felt a deeper connection with crushes in high school than in university. I think the fact you may have known your crush for most of your life is what makes it so enduring and such a crazy ride emotionally.

Definitely because back then I took it as an L to mess around with a girl 2 years younger than me. I was like wtf is wrong with me, why ain't I messin with same aged girl? :hammerhead: Could have got so much ass, the youngins were fiendin for it. Of course I was a prude dumbass back then and said, I'm waiting for the perfect girl...

How stupid was that? I know in college, there are so many atmospheres where you can get easy pickens... but I don't drink, I didn't go away for college, and not much of a partier.

High school was the perfect atmosphere where when you're a junior or senior the younger girls throw themselves at you because they want to brag about oh, an upperclassman is into me and did this to me... many chances passed over. Now age doesn't mean a damn thing as long as she is in her 20s :oldlol:

Ish high school fam, DO WHAT YOU MUST. Get your B's like OP said and get with as many girls as you can and be safe

Yeah. Wouldn't have skipped as much class/drank/chased girls as often. I was one of those guys who just had a wicked time in HS and thought it was going to last forever. I'd re-do it and go for a better balance.

That was the best part about Senior year. Sophomore year all the girls in my grade were always going after seniors. But when it was the final run, all the young girls were throwing themselves at us and the girls in our class had nowhere else to run.

I was all like

It's interesting how this thread is 50/50 between being more social/sports and being more serious/better grades

i was so damn busy. Work. sports. schoolwork. band practice ( i was in a metal band :oldlol: ) I had a lot of fun.

wouldn't do it over again though. I look back at it and i'm like how the f*ck did i manage all that sh*t? I used to work out almost every single day on top of all that too.

I'd MAYBE choose to go to a more well known college, i definitely could have done so, i had good grades and a good ACT score. But at the end of the day it wouldn't have mattered because i went to graduate school anyways.

Lol the girl I was on and off dating throughout high school was a sophomore when I was a senior . We grew distant since.

Also height wise, I'm only 5'9''.

In regards to being an athlete, I could have easily played corner. Coach once watched me play a pickup game during the summer on a close field to the football field with friends and he asked me if I wanted to walk on (our team wasn't that great).

Our basketball team was near impossible to get into... every year at least 2 kids were offered college scholarships on the team and usually they averaged 15 ppg+ while everyone else who was on the bench could probably beat pretty much anyone not on the team 1v1.

Tennis- I did try out but got injured both times.

Track- I signed up but wasn't a fan of the coach. Got into great shape and started benching 185-190 at 5'5''. I was ripped.

Last two years of high school, I quit sports in general which I regret it especially since I got way more physically fit during mid senior year and could have done soccer, lacrosse, or tennis which most of my friends did.

I didn't even finish the 9th grade because I had acne covering pretty much my entire face, no girls liked me, kids bullied me, etc.

Hell to the no on HS again.

Definitely..in hindsight, the amount of time I wasted smoking pot and sleeping in my car during morning classes is just absurd. Luckily I somewhat got my shit together in college..but it's made me realize how ****ing easy high school was. Could've easily gotten straight A's had I just put in 10% more effort.
