The 'OM' hat is actually really clever, but I don't like the playing cards on the back of the jersey. I'd probably drop the card sub-theme. Keep the pinstripe jerseys though

Those designs are really bad. I love when people on reddit do good work, but this time its not the case. And don't call me a hater...im a mofo Senior Art Director - this is my trade - so I am qualified to critique. The idea of the O and M is very interesting though.

i understand the team is called the magic, but trying to incorporate that in the logo (playing cards and a top hat) makes it look way too childish. Might as well change the mascot to a bunny

Pretty cool. I can see why people thinking the playing cards are hit or miss. But I don't think Orlando needs a design change yet.

Perhaps if they get their next franchise player, they could consider it.
