Second if it takes one punch to get KO'd then you should know better then getting involved in other people's business

If people do nothing, we're often liable as a society to fault folks for not stepping up and intervening. Yet when they intervene, sometimes we criticize them for not minding their business.

Separately, as you mentioned, that fellow very well could have died. That just happened here in Livonia about a month ago. Also, a University of Michigan receiver sucker punched a citizen outside a club a few weeks ago. When one does not see it coming, it doesn't take much to do real deal damage.
