I have wondered what is the strongest combination of players in NBA 2k14. After experimenting abit CPU vs CPU, for me this is a super strong team:

C) Shaq
PF) Wilt Chamberlain
SF) David Robinson
SG) Larry Bird
PG) Magic Johnson (28 yo version)

You can pit this team against all 30 NBA teams and possibly they go for 30-0. Shaq and Wilt is hands down the best frontcourt because of their offensive rebounding capabilities and inside scoring presence.

David Robinson at SF might look like an unorthodox choice to you, but actually is pretty good in game he has the handles and passing skills and can guard the opposing SF, offensive wise he can easily back down the SF and score easily.

Larry Guard at SG can post/score over any SG and his shooting is elite. Magic at PG is a offensive/defensive mismatch for any other PGs and he has the court vision to find easy baskets.

My friend and I created some guidelines on drafting a team and then we each created a 10 man roster using that criteria. You get the following: 1 90+, 3 80-89, 4 70-79, 2 60-69

It forces you to create a somewhat realistic team and use players that compliment each other well. The only exception we had is that if you picked Lebron or KD as your 90+, instead of 3 80-89, you get 1 85-89 and 2 80-84.

My roster was:

Russell Westbrook-PG-91
Ray Allen-SG-79
Vince Carter-SF-78
Andre Igoudola-PF-85
Blake Griffin-C-84

Patty Mills-PG-69
Gerald Green-SG-69
Martell Webster-SF-68
Anthony Davis-PF-79
Andre Drummond-C-72

My friend picked:

Kirk Hinrich-PG-74
Paul George-SG-87
Carmelo Anthony-SF-91
David West-PF-79
Kevin Love-C-86

Jose Calderon-PG-76
Jimmer Fredette-SG-66
Kawhi Leonard-SF-82
Shane Battier-PF-73
Cody Zeller-C-68

I disagree. But yeah it's not gonna be the most stacked team of all time which makes you have to build a roster that compliments each other.
