90s family movie where the kid lets his father fire a black employee at like a shoe factory for a mistake that he did but didn't have the courage to tell his father. And he always felt guilty for not speaking up on behalf of the worker but one day tells him about it....

Something like that.....anybody have a clue?

For some reason that scene popped out of my head and I can't figure it out

Im so nba'd out

Since a thread like this exist I wanna know what movie is this as well. I forgot...

Apocalyptic, movie where survivors are trapped in a house? in a desert?surrounded by hordes of demon spawns, and fighting. The protagonist is like a religious man sent by God.

It's not Legion. Thanks in advance, I wanna rewatch it.

Pretty sure youre talkin about Jumanji mate. Young Robin Williams (named Allan in the film) accidently leaves that black employees sneaker on a processor and it goes through a machine and it blows it up.
Allans dad is the black guys boss and fires him.

Black kid grows up to be a cop and get his cop car stolen by monkeys. White kid grows up to be raped by gorillas in a board game

It is Jumanji

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jumanji

12-year-old Alan Parrish flees from a group of bullies to the local shoe factory owned by his father, Sam, where he meets Carl Bentley, one of Sam's employees. When Alan accidentally damages a machine, Carl takes responsibility and loses his job.

That's definitely how Jumanji starts with Robin Williams as a boy.

Thanks guys, I knew it had something to do with Robin Williams but for some reason I thought it was Hook, forgot about Jumanji entirely. Need to see it again, see how it holds up

Because substance imprints on a mind over hype.

I remember those too. But I just remembered that scene discombobulated from any other scene, without context. It's not like I remembered the movie and was trying to figure out the name, I only had that one scene stuck in my head. I think it's Robin Williams post traumatic stress flashbacks
