And start choking up and shit?

I could see a photo from when I was 5, and just from the general lighting and colors, identify where it was. Whether it was a park in a certain state, a relatives house, the lobby of an ice rink, etc....

It's like when we are adults though, we stop becoming observant of shit. We develop some sort of natural blur to just tune shit out that we deem "unimportant..." However, what we forget to realize is that without those vivid memories, and recollections of the past... what the fukk are we? Just similar, yet different looking people and thats it. No experiences to shape who we are, no NOTHING.

Listen ISH, YOU are the composition of everyone you've ever met and everything you've ever done. And likewise for everyone around you. It's time we start valuing our everyday interactions more because before long we'll all be gone, and nothing more than a memory to whoever is still alive...

Once you start becoming more observant of things you will start to see the true beauty in everything ISH... trust me...

My mom came downstairs and saw me looking at photos and said "what are you doing?" and I said "oh, you know, just trying to load up on memories before I move out..." and then I started crying and we hugged for a good few minutes....

Normally we fight about petty bullshit and I don't know what the point of this all is ISH, I'm just saying that life is not something to fukk around with.... the value you provide for everyone around you is IMMEASURABLE....

I've gotten choked up seeing pictures of my parents together when they were young but not at pictures of myself.

Yeah my parents were together and looked so happy... We also had family and friends over at the house ALL THE TIME and shit....

And then I got older, around when I was in middle school, and everything just went to SHIT for seemingly no reason at all...

That's not true. There are 3 times in life when it's okay for any man to cry

1. When your mom dies
2. When your dog dies
3. When watching Kobe highlights on youtube
I agree with these things.
But if you cry for anything else, go **** urself.

Sometimes I get depressed when I look at a picture of my freshman football squad. Simpler and better times, you know? Used to be good friends with a lot of those dudes, but I haven't even talked to them since high school. I've lost a lot of friends over the years, just in general.

Agreed, it was always fun. I saw pictures of when I was about 15-16 and barely as tall as my father. Now I have at least 3-4 inches on him.

I tend to try to look at the pictures and remember where it was. Last night I looked at pictures on a trip with other families one summer to a lake. Couldn't help but smile because that lake trip was probably my favorite weekend trip as a teenager. Always wanted to go back to the lake with friends, go para-sailing again etc.

That's bound to happen. Out of all my high school friends I used to chill with outside of high school (about 8-9 dudes), I only hang out with one maybe once or twice every summer. A lot of people went their separate ways or just distanced themselves from high school friends.

Also people delete you on facebook post high school graduation. I never understood why people bother doing this.

I remember my friends list going down about 10-15 friends right before college started.
