i'd think their insurances if they have it, who will probably try to pursue the perps caught on video. At least thats what they're supposed to do.

altho i think store owners during the LA riots who got their stores burned down that didn't have insurance seemed fukked. I remember seeing a pic of a small store owner that didn't have insurance outside of her business bawling like she was fukked.

its really fukked up shit how much vandals, rioters, and all of these hoodlums fukk innocent, hard working people. i deal with that shit with scrap metal collectors who go around stealing catalytic converters sawing them off of cars. they don't realize mf'ers pay high ass deductibles with commercial insurances and most of the time its not even worth going thru them and its all out of your own pocket.
