Would've really liked to have seen that Lakers group stick together (Van Exel, Jones, etc.). They were fun to watch.

I remember Seattle having choked the previous year agains Denver, and figuring they would lose again, despite having the better record and HCA.

I figured they were choke artists. But they got it together the next year.

Mostly the same team and the same coach returned in '96, so I don't understand what was up with the previous 2 seasons? Was it certain players on those teams? :confusedshrug:

Lakers had their number and matched up good with them, Nick van exel used to own Gary Payton believe it or not.

Man, that Sonics team... 63 wins on regular season '94, 57 on '95 and then 1st round exits..
