Not that whack ass Hanes shit. Need some comfy, thick, white material that will actually last after a wash or two.

They're thick, and the neck stays nice and snug even after washes.

Smh.

Go to your local corner hood store , get 4 for 20$ tall tees and buy four more in a few weeks.

Repeat.

American Apparel Tee's any good? I have an AA in my city, but it's pretty far. But if their Tee's are top notch quality, I don't mind heading over there.

"Puritan" is the most comfortable/softest Tees I ever recall purchasing. Target or Wal-Mart

Depends on how much you want to spend on them.

I always buy Alfani or whatever its called from Macy's (or Kohl's I forget). Cheap, slimmer type fit, and they've been durable as far as I've experienced.

lol this thread is funny.

i have so many shitty white T's with hanging necks i only wear to bed because i hate T's that don't wrap around your neck smug. i forget the name of a lot of those but its some guys name like ethan allen(John Allen maybe?) but its not that.

i just bought a 9pack?(7 or 9 pack) of Hanes the other day for dirt cheap, never bought Hanes before, but realized they're so thin, like see thru thin almost. its alright tho since i wanted it tight as a under shirt thing so those will be decent for that.

bought a back of Champion black T's at Marshalls and they're nice.

got some polo white T's from Marshalls once and they sucked so bad, still have them but the collars are stretched and the thread stitching around the collar is thinner than normal and looks awful. don't wear those out either.

anyways i have a ton of white T's, 1/2 of which are horrible :facepalm

LMAO dude, I have the same problem. Hate when it's all loose and shit around the neck. Shit is so uncomfortable. I'm looking for slim fit tee's, not too baggy on the arms and waist, and also tight around the neck. Haven't come across the perfect ones yet.

H & M is cheap as shit.

If you want a good product you gotta pay good money.

With that said I'm in the same predicament as the OP

I went through a t-shirt phase about a year ago where I was trying to find the perfect t-shirt. As far as thick shirt with a nice neck band that doesn't stretch out, I had great success with JKY by Jockey (http://www.target.com/p/jky-by-jockey-men-s-2pk-crew-neck-t-shirts-assorted-colors/-/A-14061309#prodSlot=dlp_medium_1_4&term=jky+by+jockey). They sale this brand at Target. They are 100% cotton, the white shirts have diamond-white technology and stay white for a pretty long time if you wash them correctly. They also make these shirts in black as well.

Edit: Also the other stitching areas has nice thick fabric as well. I say buy one pack of your usual size and test them out. I was happy with them.

****it. Under shirts are ts to me. Thick t shirts aren't soft enough. Polo makes good straight white soft undershirt ts, but I will wear em without if I can get away with it. Only downside is the blue polo on the lower side.

T shirts are important. First thing I do when I get home is put on a t shirt and some mesh shorts.
