This guy looks like an NBA type of player, 6'7 good length and athleticism, scoring instincts, can shoot and dribble...Averaged 16.3 pts and 7.1 rbs on 0.458% FG in his junior year at college, was named Big West Tournament MVP.

almost zero. if they're good enough to play in the NBA, scouts will find them. especially if they play for any school, however small in the U.S. very rare for a guy to go completely unnoticed if he has NBA talent.

Pretty much never.

If anything, going to a bigger school has a reverse effect of providing too much exposure. It allows the couch critics to pick apart every bit of your game because you're on tv 20+ times a year. You see it happen every year with the top ranked recruits.

Don't know anything about the OP player, but he looks like a 6-7 PF. That's a place to start as to why he didn't make it to the NBA.

Jeremy Lin? He was overlooked.

Jeremy Lin? He was overlooked.

Jeremy Lin got much better as a player post Warriors stint. Wasn't really NBA caliber until he reinvented himself in the NBA IMO.

Little to none, and as someone said it can really help you in many cases such as Adam Morrison, Rodney Stuckey, Joe Dumars, Dennis Rodman, and those are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

Overlooked may not be the right word. I do believe there are more NBA caliber players, particularly at certain positions, like the wing spots, then there are NBA jobs.

Of all the Big West players, you chose Eversley?

Really?

Alan Williams is the guy in the Big West that should be a late first to mid second selection this coming draft. Dude put up 21.3/11.5 with 2.4 blocks while hitting 53.3% of his shots in 31.1 minutes. Not impressed, thinking its versus tiny schools? Game log versus some solid Major plus sides:

UNLV: 21/9 with 2 blocks on 9-19 in 31 minutes.
UCLA: 23/8 on 10-17 in 36 minutes.
Cal: 24/12 with 2 blocks on 9-15 in 31 minutes.
