Still looks fine as hell, just a bad cover picture.

He was just born with an aesthetically pleasing facial structure and he has a great work ethic to keep himself at least somewhat trim, which keeps his visual floor pretty high..it's gonna be hard for him to go the Boris Becker route....from this:

Here's got a bit of scruff..here he's got a nice gruff, mature look going..but again, his great facial structure prevents it from going overboard into old man territory. The balance gives him a sort of majestic look.

It's unfair to ask him to have the same youthful aesthetic exuberance he had 10-15 years ago. But I'd say he's aged well and his style has adapted to the time.
