A contestant on hit reality show Dating Naked is suing VH1's parent company Viacom for $10million, claiming the network failed to blur out her genitals during a wrestling scene.

Jessie Nizewitz, a 28-year-old model from Long Island, New York, said the producers repeatedly assured her none of private parts would be shown in the episode that aired July 31, according to the New York Post.

'I felt lied to, manipulated and used,' she told the paper. 'I was horrified.'

[quote]Ms Nizewitz also told the Post that the incident ruined a 'budding relationship.' She said the man she was dating never called her again after the show aired.

What happened to his left arm though? The pic looks weird. Can't make out what's going on.

She'll get a settlement and she probably deserves one. Her comments are bullshit though, I'm sure her "budding relationship" ended because she was dumb enough to be on a show like this in the first place not just because they accidental showed a bit.

For someone like Beyonce, that's not nearly enough

For this woman, she'll be lucky if the case isn't thrown out

lol no she won't. They violated the contract. She will get a settlement for sure. Likely won't reach court. Lawyers look for a large amount initially but it will be resolved for a lot less. That's how cases like this work.

So on a show called "Dating Naked", she got shown naked, and now wants to sue? Makes sense.

There's obviously a big difference between getting naked in front of a handful of people and getting naked on television/internet for the whole world to see.

Needless to say that video editor is already looking for another job.

She will win her case, though I doubt she gets anywhere near $10M.

Probably more like a couple of hundred k in a quiet settlement.

And VH1 will win big time when their ratings go sky high due to people tuning in to see another "accidental slip".

yea I cant really see what is going on in that pic at all on first glance. I had to stare at it like it was a hidden picture lol.

i doubt she wins b/c she for sure signed a waiver and that would have been an honest mistake in editing instead of an intentional move.

If she does win, I'm pretty sure the show is over. I've been watching it every Friday on their website out of sheer boredom. It's pretty funny but not as funny as watching Jersey Shore in high school with friends after school. Some girl in my high school literally use to order pies of pizza and have her friends watch that stupid show every week to make fun of it =:lol

I'm not sure what pic you saw but it took me about a split second to realize I had my sights right on her box and brown eye.

So just because it was "unintentional," VH1 is in the clear? I doubt that there is a clause for mistakes in editing. VH1 screwed up. They absolutely dropped the ball. They aired that on cable television and exposed someone unwillingly. The editor screwed up, but the producers, directors really screwed up because shouldn't they be screening something like this before it goes out? VH1 absolutely loses this case.

Sounds like she's talking about Jeff. You dodged a bullet, Jeff! She only wanted you for your money.

Also heard she claims her grandmother no longer speaks to her. Well, I suppose not everyone is cool with having a slut in the family.

we are assuming there was some clause in the contract that no one would see her shit? It sounds like it was a verbal statement or am I wrong on this?

Anything as big as VH1 would have legal contracts written. There wouldn't be any verbal contracts. Something as big as a show airing during primetime on a big network has everything written in contract.

right, of course there is a contract. I am saying that we dont know if there were clauses in it that were specifically breached by showing her labia on the tv

Don't you think that's a pretty obvious clause that would be in the contract? Showing labia to the world on television? Pretty sure there is a clause stating they will be censored. Contracts have all these things covered
