It's a mid level protein that uses a plethora of advertising to boost it's credibility. Really there is nothing unique about it

Stuff is delicious. That Banana marshmallow cream pie is deadly.
A little pricey for a blend. They do use glycerol which is great for driving nutrients into your system. Glycerol was once made illegal by the IOC for it's quick energy conversion. For the taste factor it is hard to beat.

I'd look into their new Funnbar. They're protein Starburst chews

i looked into it's profile and it actually looks pretty good. High fibre, high protein, 0 sugar. they'r etrying to steal market shares from the Quest Bar
