Beheading probably staged, murder happening off camera

Here is my perfectly rational and honest problems with the video.

How do we know foley is dead?

We dont. The video didnt prove that.



How do we know anyone in that video was a member of isis other than the fact that the guy in the new pajamas said so?

We dont. Unlike most if not all the other isis videos there were easily recognizable ppl(infamous terrorists) in it that authenticated the videos. On purpose i am sure. So we would know for sure who we were dealing with. Not in this video.



And finally, how do we know that video was recorded in the Middle east?

We dont. Just like my problem with not knowing for sure if it was isis members in the video. In the other videos the camera moved around and showed land marks that made it clear where they were. Why would they hide? We know where they are. In this video it is a tight shot of a desert landscape that could literally be anywhere in the United States SW, for example.


I would accept it is as likely authentic if 2 out of three were proven. 100% authentic if all three were.

As it is now, no one can even validate one of these perfectly rational and common sense problems i have with the video.

I haven't watched the video, but is there something in the video that brings major doubt? I mean, does it not show the actual beheading? Do they put a rag over his head and then the cut his head off? Does the video have a pause in it?

It doesn't show the actual beheading. What it shows towards the end of the movie is the ISIS member grabbing Foley's head and he starts sawing the knife back and forth on his neck. If I remember correctly it doesn't show blood, but you'd assume he's cutting into his neck then it fades out. Then the next shot is a still-shot picture of his body laying face-down and his head is totally detached sitting upright on his back.

True...and with that little knife it most likely took awhile to Cut off his head or someone else with a better weapon did the actual beheading ( Hate to be insensitive but we are past the point of no return)


IMO they didn't show the whole decapitation because it was A) extremely Gruesome and B) they wanted to target as much people as possible without the video being Banned right away.

havent watched the video yet, but i'm guessing that after he starts sawing foley fights back, maybe even gets a few shots in on his captors. it's possible isis didnt want to show any weakness which explains the fade out.

or the more logical answer is the video was made by the same ppl who faked the moon landing, right op?

From past sensationalistic beheading vids, these bloody executioners are too weak + their blades too dull to carry out a clean quick cut on camera. They struggle wildly and get extremely exhausted trying to cut through the bone so they keep that off camera.
