to get it rare or medium rare at a good deli/BBQ joint with tiger sauce(horseradish with mayo combo), lettuce, onions, swiss cheese, guldan's mustard(spicy brown), hot peppers, bbq sauce.
i swear this is the best sandwich/sub possible. I used to always get every roast beef/steak i ate well done thinking its the safest because everything is cooked thoroughly and didn't know any better...but one day walked into this meat market that made their roast beef rare by default. they were a hot commodity with a decent line so i got one. i was shocked at the taste difference, unbelievable melt in your mouth good
i've tried a lot of sub/sandwich joints around my way, and admittedly my area doesn't have the best, but i'd swear by the roast beef with the toppings i just cited. chicken salads with bacon, turkey clubs, etc. used to be my go to's but damn this roast beef combo is unbelievable. Fukk Subway, fukk Quiznos, go to a decent deli around your way and get the roast beef RARE/medRARE.. thats the key....preferably with the toppings which is pretty much everything. :pimp:

do they even have medium rare roast beef at subway? i always thought it was default well done.
seriously tiger sauce is underrated, its a maryland thing i think tho. gives every sub/sandwich a kick. i always thought horseradish sounded gross, like worst name ever to call a sauce but when they put it on this sub i got with everything i was hooked. i'm not even a mustard fan at all, iin fact i hate mustard generally. don't even eat honey mustard wings ever. but when it came on default with this sub i had a newfound respect for it
i'm telling u just try what i said, print it out if u have to. go to your local deli/bbq joint/sub shop that cuts different cooks of roast beef and they'll probably have most of the topping i listed. the deli cooks it cold and they have most of those toppings, but there is a BBQ joint that cooks it hot like Arby's roast beefs but better, they have less toppings but still good with onions, lettuce, tiger sauce, and bbq....but like i said the rare/medrare roast beef is key if u don't normally get your meat cooked that way.
like i said i never did so i never knew :confusedshrug:
and the other thing is subway is a little expensive when u get the meal deal. subs there with chips/soda comes out to like $7.99~, for that price u can get a much better sub/sandwich for a nice deli or BBQ joint. unless u get those real cheap subs but they sort of suck imo(llike veggies/blts)

grill the onions, green pepper, olives and hot peppers and put southwest sauce on it.

sounds good to me, altho i don't mess with olives. i haven't messed with SW sauce either, altho i've seen that at Subway.
