NBA Live is an absolute garbage game in comparison to 2K.

But congrats to Damian, big accomplishment. He has exploded onto the NBA scene since his rookie year

At this stage with 2K's market share, EA should really look to reposition Live. Perhaps focus less on gameplay, more on stories, streetball, make it something like a RPG. I hope they can bring back something like NBA Ballers.

Sad, I was looking forward to an alternative to 2K but holy hell was the game last year bad. Looked like something you'd play at Dave and Busters

At this stage with 2K's market share, EA should really look to reposition Live. Perhaps focus less on gameplay, more on stories, streetball, make it something like a RPG. I hope they can bring back something like NBA Ballers.

Wat. That's what 2k is doing, imo live should focus on high skillcap competitive ball. I can get it in on 2k vs players, but the game allows too much trash to happen.

Back in live 05 and 06 I could keep people from passing halfcourt. They need to make it a real, balanced skill based game. Less sim but less scripted and fluffy.

So do what 2K are doing?

Live just needs to make a good basketball game, with solid gameplay, their graphics are already looking really good, and deep modes like UT, Dynasty and Rising Stars with possibly My Crew. They could definitely compete with 2K.
