A heart warming story here:
I have this gay couple friends who were going through tough times in their relationship and I had been thinking very hard on how could I help them but to no avail. Last night one of them called the house telling us that they were back to their old selves, happy and all, after their straight neighbor had shocked them both by making out with them.

Nadda. I did pretend to be a friends manager for a reference when he went for a new job. Think I did a decent job of it, but if he doesn't get it...well hell not like I was his manager.

My grandfather passed away this summer, and I had a group of close friends show up at the wake unexpectedly to pay their respects.

Was a really nice gesture and I appreciated it a lot.

My friend I hadn't seen in awhile hit me up and offered me a free ticket to the Ravens vs. Redskins game on the provision that I drove to the game. Still, he ate the money for the ticket and paid for beer, tailgate food and even broke me off with a big ass nug of crucial buds for the ride down.

Another friend gave me a mean ass fade before I went out of town, carefully crafting my hair like a pro with no expectation of payment. Anybody who has gotten a mean fade know that can take awhile sometimes.

I appreciated both of these gestures.

Some friends invited me to a hipster screening of The Goonie the other day.

In general though friendship just ain't the same as it was years ago. There's all sorts of complications and politics now.

Thankful for friends everyday.

Was in a bit of a slump, buddy let me stay over whenever I want, free food, games, helped in Mcats.

Showed up to another guys' moms funeral. paid our respects even though we barely knew him.

Always down to hit up the bars even when im starving/tired and off a shift with other buddy whose in a slump.

My friend ridonks once again helped me feel the need to be needed by inviting me to book thread.
