Rivers won't have a chance to ever break out unless he actually gets a consistent role. He simply does not fit in New Orleans. I think he needs a new home before we see what he is really made of.

He needs to go to a really shitty team with no guard play and a terrible coach. Then maybe he will get his 13-15 ppg on 40%.

Sounds like he would be a good fit for the D-league or Euroleague.
