Subconsciously, people believe Durant is better than Lebron.

I'm no LeBron fan, but isn't Cleveland the favorite to win the East anyway, after trading for Love?

I'd argue the latter considering LeBron has had the championship or bust label on him since his Cleveland days with scrub teammates while Durant still doesnt have such a label attached to him.

So does this mean Lebron goes to OKC? If that is the case the Thunder would become the instant favorites to win the whole thing, not just their conference. Just thinking about Bron playing with Goatbrook and Ibaka gives me a hard on.

How?

OKC does not have good shooters to space the floor, Perkins crowds the paint and Westbrook is less efficient version of Wade but has a higher usage rate.

Lebron ball would not work on OKC.

OKC and Miami basically had the same 3 point shooting percentage last season. Perkins wouldn't play heavy minutes unless they were going up against Houston or San Antonio. And even so it's not like Lebron can't put up numbers with normal centers. In 2012 Joel Anthony was their starting Center, yet Lebron still had an all time great season despite Anthony "clogging the paint"
And current Westbrook >>>>>>>>> Old and gimpy Wade

More people hate LeBron, that's why. When (if?) KD wins one or two, the same will be said of him
