In terms of talent and competition is the order right?
I think so.

Competition but not talent. You can make as many threads as you want but the fact is that the talent level in the nba is higher than the fiba teams.
Sure the fiba tourney games are more intense than a regular season nba game. But so is college basketball. Does that mean college players are better than nba players?

Admit it, what you're saying is straight up xenophobic shit.
I get it, you're oh so proud of America and the NBA. But don't deny the talent level overseas.:facepalm

In terms of competition maybe because no one sits out.
But in terms of excitement? No fken way... Unless you like NBA last years Final where Spurs blown out the Heat every other game. It's not fun to see a team losing by 20+ points every game...
Only game that I'm longing for in FIBA is Spain vs USA.

I'm sure you enjoyed US VS Finland... 50+ points blowout
There are just two teams really worth watching in this tournament. The rest of the field is just meh.
If you want to put the teams at the WC in tiers it would look like this:
NBA Level tier - USA, Spain
Euroleague Level tier - Brazil, Argentina, Serbia, Croatia, maybe Turkey
D-League tier - rest of the field

no I am not.
MVP is the 2nd most prestigious/important accolade next to Finals MVP.

Kenny Smith would have gone to HOF if gold medal is that important. He obliterated them Russians way back when he was a college boy.:oldlol:

Kinda depends on perspective. Guys like Barkley and Malone would trade their MVP's for a FMVP in a heartbeat, but someone like Cedric Maxwell or even Kawahi Leonard would probably rather have an MVP than their FMVP.

I understand that you have an agenda and bias against me or Dragic4Life (as a lot of posters have) but that is a dumb thing to say. NOBODY in the NBA would prefer MVP over FMVP.
