Crazy video. Has Blake gotten any better after this? I know he's a better shooter, but has the rest of his game declined?

He averaged 2 points more, but dropped 3 rebounds from his rookie season. He also played alongside Chris Paul last season.

Well, considering he went from playing with his two highest rebounding teammates combining from 14, to DeAndre, alone, grabbing 13.6 last year, and Barnes with just under 5, the rebounding drop was bound to come from somewhere. Minutes dropped by about 3 as well.

Also, equal shots for more points. More dimes. Higher TS. Higher PER. Better O&DRtgs.

Yes, he has improved, and improved by a visible margin.

When he played for VDN they dumped it to him in the post a lot and just let him go to work. Now with CP3 and Doc they pick his spots more selectively. Less rebounds to go around playing next to Deandre. His D has improved and his shooting.

When he is called on to put the team on his back (like during his rookie year) we've seen him step up. He's got point-forward skills, and as his shot progresses he'll be able to work more wizardry out of the high post (which we've also seen). I think Doc said that Blake could turn into one of the best shooters in the L, he works so hard and his form is actually pretty nice. He gets his elbow lined up nicely, and it's not like there's more than a handful of 4's who will come out and guard him at 15-18ft because he'll just blow by most of them.

He put up crazy numbers his rookie year because he played a lot of minutes, without many competent teammates, so they let him run wild. Now he plays more under control.

Brian Cook defending Amare = nobody defending Amare.
This was a great game. Lots of fun. Amare enjoyed it.

People were hyping Blake as the next best player in the league

Then the dude basically declined the next 2 years

Now he's back to being great but the hype on his rookie year was insane.

2010 was so promising, Blake was looking like a superstar while still a rookie, D Rose was only 22 winning MVP, Durant was there also, the future looked so bright

Now 4 years later only Durant is probably a sure thing, D Rose and Blake are basically stars but not superstars

Those dunks

Still like the one over Gallo as my favourite of his... handles, spins, and even has time to move Gallo's hand out of the way on the way up
