Mother of god. If it were LeBron, Kobe, Durant, Griffin, or any player with more star power than Evans, doing this, then this would've been more appreciated.

I've seen this so many times, yet it's still ridiculous. Like, maybe the most underrated "amazing" play ever. Who gives a fcuk its Jeremy Evans, shit is nuts.

Yeah, I believe this was preseason too but I happened to be watching it......That was a completely awesome play no matter how you slice it.....The block itself was ridiculous then for a big man to take it end to end like that and take off from that far away and dunk on somebody all in the same sequence, there aren't many players who have a sequence like THAT I don't care if its Garnett, Duncan, or whoever.......That requires stamina, ball-handling, shot-blocking, great athleticism, speed, and timing all in one sequence......

Star power accounts for a lot.

I remember this facial attempt by Kobe on Turiaf, one of the cleanest blocks that season and not even a honorable mention. I recall thinking ESPn won't even mention this in top plays...ended up like 7th in top plays. That same season Lebron had a very similar block on a Rajon Rondo dunk attempt, mind you this was basically the same exact play, yet Lebron was top play and turned out to be a top 3 block of the year and it wasn't even as clean.
