It is truly a sad state of affairs when a 37 year old female with absolutely zero coaching experience can land an AC job, while as knowledgable, intelligent, and experienced a man as KAJ, can't.

It's just a refection of society. She's a white female and subservient, which is just what corporate society wants.

Kareem is aloof, introverted, well-read, and intelligent, which is very dangerous to modern corporate society.
