From what I understand 2 of the 3 victims were black so they weren't discriminatory in their violence. But how do you get so many kids who obviously suffer from sh!tty parenting in one place at the same time? The witness said there was 100+ kids going apesh!t in the parking lot.

The black victims were Kroger's security guards that jumped in to try to help the poor guy. The initial target of the attack was the white guy, which has apparently been labelled a racist, without any proof whatsoever, by SJWs on twitter.

Hmm, I stand corrected. If the kids are proven to have committed a hate crime, I just hope it doesn't end up like what happened in Long Beach a few years ago. 9 black kids went to an affluent neighborhood on Halloween and the boys made sexually suggestive comments towards three white girls and then started with racial hate speech when their advances were rejected, followed by beating them up so bad one girl needed several surgeries to fix her face, the other two also needed to go to the hospital. Like this case, a black person(woman) driving by stepped in and saved the girls from possibly being killed(she also testified against the kids). Some of the black community rallied around the teenagers calling the girls racist and saying the kids didn't do anything. Black gang members also came the victims houses and stood outside trying to intimidate them. 8 of the 9 were convicted anyway, with 7 convicted of a hate crime but the judge let them all off with probation. I remember the judge faced a recall petition because of this but I don't know what the outcome was.
