are you people living in the stone age? LOL

in ottawa and all accross ontario we've had pro line sports betting on our lottery terminals since as far back as i can remember

can bet hockey, nfl, cfl, soccer and other sports

i just walk into any store and fill out a sheet with atleast 3 games and as many as 6

take over or under, ties, win by 2+ or whatever the spread for more odds/pay out

do you guys even have casinos?

theres a few tracks and slot places in ottawa. and the big casino de hull is only 20 minutes from my house over in quebec

theres a hilton right next to it.

Please respond to my post on the other thread explaining how your reasoning allows Kobe to be above 9th on an all time list. Thank you

all i ever said was that everyone in the top 10 has atleast 1 mvp and 2 fmvps ( asside from russell and wilt ofcourse cause they didnt have the fmvps for most of their careers )

so it cant just be a coincidence. i think thats the bar

but it seems everyone ranks guys differently INSIDE the top 10... and dont really look at just mvps or just rings or just fmvps

like kareem has 6 rings but only 2 fmvps.. yet hes ranked as GOAT by some

so naturally i'd assume 2 fmvps is enough. and after that its just about ring count

take away rings, mvps, and fmvps from all guys in the top 10 and Kobe is definitely the weakest of them all. he benefitted from 3 free rings by shaq

lol if you take away rings, mvps, finals mvps

the next best awards are

1st team all nba's = kobe is the all time leader
1st team all defense's = kobe is the all time leader

judging by the eye test kobe is definitely the bottom of the top 10, id say he wouldnt even be in the top 10 if it werent for his 3 gifted rings

There's tons of illegal sports betting locally. In fact it's something I used to do. But legally and in person, the only place it can be done is in Vegas. In fact, there was a big stink not too long ago about Jersey Governor Chris Christy pushing to get Sports Gaming legalized for Atlantic City, and claiming he'd sue the federal government if need be.

There are casinos. I don't want to say all, because I'm not positive, but the all the ones I know that aren't in Vegas or AC, which are exempt, and a few other places, have been put up by Native Americans claiming their land is sovereign, but again, they're not allowed to sports book (I don't know why they can not follow some laws but must others). Where I live in CT there are two really big ones.

Obviously, there's also a ton of online gambling. I've tried that over the years, but haven't been fond of the way the accounts work and how and when I can and can't take money out, or even add money. Now I'm using a local guy. But it is nice online to be able to make futures and exotics.

Can you guys make any exotic plays in your systems. Team over unders for wins? Odds on seasonal MVPs? Stat Leaders? Stuff like that?

And no, there's still a trade embargo with Cuba, so we can't get those cigars legally. I don't have a refined enough taste for cigars to really know the difference though.

Same with PA. Pittsburgh now has two in the area. I think the state passed a bill to allow like 15-17 casino licenses.

Now that you mention it, when I was in Chicago last year, I stopped at one on my way to the airport on the way home that I think wasn't an Indian one.
