Thunderstruck is 10x better and actually has that modern appeal.

Coach Carter is basically just a modern Glory Road with better actors.

Soul in the Hole
Above the Rim
Love & Basketball
Rebound:The Legend of Earl "The Goat" Manigault
White Men Can't Jump
Coach Carter
He Got Game
Hoosiers
Basketball Dairies

So yea Glory Road is definitely not the best ever made

No mention of Celtic Pride or White Man Can't Jump or Eddie?

Or the most underrated, SUNSET PARK!!!! Best Soundtrack too.

As far as non-documentaries go I think Love and Basketball is the best. Sanaa Lathan kills that role and the whole movies flows really well. Hoosiers is an obvious classic but I actually like Love and Basketball a little more.

I got White Men Can't Jump on there.

I forgot about Sunset Park that's one of my favs and I've never seen all of Celtic Pride.

I didn't really like Eddie.

The Air Up There was pretty good too.

This film never gets mentioned, why? Just as good as the other old school basketball flicks, and in my opinion, even better and more inspirational.

Damon Wayans gives an Oscar worthy performance as NBA Superstar Lewis Scott.
