...in a series they played AGAINST each other? It seems like an excessive amount of bad vibes came out of that series.

Durant's comes from The Spurs series if anything, when he collapsed against Kawhi.

Chris Paul= the 39 second man.

Worst thirty-nine seconds for any player ever.

You mean the insecure LeBron stans projecting on non choking superstars? :lol

Don't let this site fool you, no one in real life questions KD or Paul but they will quickly call out LeBron for being a timid cowardly passive choking bitch who bailed on two franchises within a 4 year time period.

And Durant got destroyed by this choker! :oldlol:
The more you insult Lebron the worse it makes Durant look for losing to him.

31ppg on 55% at 23 in his first finals as opposed to 22 on 34% for LeQuit.

LeBrons team put on the performance of a lifetime while KD was stuck with James Harden pulling a David Blaine, and two of the worst role players in history Kendrick Perkins/Thabo Sefalosha while LeBron has guys like Shane Battier and Mike Miller carrying him to the glory after an epic 17ppg choke job the year before where he stayed in his room for 2 weeks crying afterwards

Advice: Don't take the opinions of trolling idiots too seriously. They aren't doing honest analysis, they're just posting whatever twisted logic supports their agenda.

You're right.
Whoever runs this forum should make some moderators or something. I bet they could lock really stupid threads.

The closing seconds of the game where he just slipped and lost the ball was cringeworthy. Almost as bad as Kyle Lowry... actually it was worse

Empty stats bro. None of those points came during crunch time when his team actually needed them. Long story short, Durant had no impact on games 2-5 whatsoever.
LOL at you trying to paint Battier and broken back Miller as excellent role players. Both of those guys were old and well past their primes. Lebron just happens to make ordinary players look great, while Durant makes proven superstars like Harden worse.

Durant's rep only dipped IMO is because of the way he struggled to capitalize being defended by Tony Allen in the post. I imagine he will work on his post game.

CP3 honestly can do no wrong in my eyes. Shit I might be biased. He's made clutch plays too many times for me to worry about 1 mistake at the end of a game.

How can a bran stan bring up crunch time. Did you not watch the NBA before 2012? If so here's a little history lesson for you.

In fairness to Durant... who knew Leonard had been playing the mouse..... but when playoffs hit he turned into this:

Man, I don't like to get involved in these troll fests, but with that logic.. what exactly were Lebron's stats in this past finals? A lot of them came in a big quarter spurts and didn't impact the margin significantly

off topic, but its funny how one series could cement a player as the best defender in the league(tony allen). I mean everyone knew he was good, but after the thunder griz series everyone went crazy lol

Durant's series against the Clippers was very good overall imo

39/16 to close out the series...

He was disappointing for 3 or 4 games against Memphis and not very good against San Antonio.

Deservedly CP3 got flak for the game 5 meltdown, but overall I thought he had a decent series. And most people still have him as the best pointguard in the league anyway and a top 5 player (quite a few still have him as the 3rd best as well).

We've been over this before, but Durant is not nearly bad enough of a defender to give him the "Haren" remove the D from his name jab. And yes, I'll readily admit his defense was lacking in these last playoffs, but fatigue very likely had as much to do with that than anything else.

Totally different situations. Duran't team had a chance to win every game except game 5. The Thunder were just as good of a team as the Heat and entered the series as the favorite.
The Heat on the other hand entered this past Finals as the underdogs, and were clearly the much worse team. Game 2 was the only game in which Lebron's teammates actually kept the score close enough for him to close the deal, and that is exactly what he did.

Harden wasn't a superstar in OKC, that was after he went to Houston.

He wasn't a superstar, but he still had the same skill level. Miami shut him the he down in the Finals though.

:lol Did you miss game 5?

The guy drilled a 3 with Glen Davis draped all over him, and then on the next play hit a layup right over two defenders to spark the comeback.

I love how 33/10/5 for KD was getting "shut down" though :lol
