What are some good and easy salad recipes? My oven and cookers been off a week and landlord not gonna fix it any time soon. Sick of microwave food and takeaways. Anyone know any good and easy salad recipes?

I never eat salads but I feel like trying it, seems easy to make, can't think up other shit to make that you dont need a cooker for besides tuna sandwiches.

Chickpea salad is an easy, hearty salad to make.

can of chickpeas (clean well, don't use straight from the can)
one bell pepper chopped
one small onion chopped
one tomato chopped
some grated cheese
season with salt, pepper, parsley, garlic

make a fresh mustard vinaigrette for the dressing

You can add some cold grilled chicken from the store, any other type of vegetable you like that's good cold, etc. It's all like 10 minutes of work if you know how to chop vegetables.
