I think it might. Let's make this thread the official "GOAT flop" thread. It can be pitted against Lebron's 40+ gif flop thread. Should be easy to find flops since there is 10 times as many players with at least 5 times as many games and "haters" in existence to comb through to find flops. I've been grouping them together generally as seasons during which he's coasted on that end during the season and picked up his defensive effort during the playoffs, but I'm going to try and do my due diligence and form a more concrete stance on both.

From RAPM (source: talkingpractice.com), since he became an impact player on that end, defensively he's been at:

3) It was mostly his team/help defense that fell off last year.

It's likely a combination of all three. :confusedshrug: But I will apologize for grouping 2013 and 2014 together. I don't think he was as good as he was from 09-12 that year, but he was definitely better than he was this season (when he didn't put in as much effort on that end).
