What a stupid grading system. Cavs just had the best off-season in NBA history yet somehow the Spurs who didn't do anything are graded higher?

Kind of agree here. Spurs deserve like a B or B+. They kept everyone from that team, but brought no youth in at all really.

I don't get how it's offseason report cards. Their explanations are grading the teams... So it's more like team rankings.

They grade not solely on what was acquired. It's more of a "grade the team as they are" instead of an offseason report.
