What will happen when we make contact with Aliens?

What will happen on that fateful day when mankind finally makes contact with aliens? Aliens are 99.999% real, and they exist somewhere out there on one or most likely many of the trillions of other planets out there that we cannot survey because of their distance from Earth.

So when the day, possibly sometime far in the future, finally comes, what will happen to the human race? How will people react? Fear, anger, shock, calls for preemptive violence, all these are possible.

Try to provide answers of how humans will react for these 3 scenarios -

1) We find uncivilised aliens on another planet, similar to animals on Earth. They cannot hurt us as they have no technology or any human level of understand.

2) We find a civilised alien race somewhere out there in the universe, and make contact with them.

3) A advanced alien race with much more technological knowledge than us contacts us. This is the scenario I think will cause the most fear as they will be able to wipe us out without us even being able to protect ourselves as they will be so much more advanced.

I'd like you to think about this also. There is, more likely than not, a sort of alien united nations of planets and galaxies who could be so much more advanced than us its unbelievable. We could be a backwater planet who are the equivalent to amoeba's in the grand scheme of things. Conversely, we could be the most advanced beings in the universe, and be destined to one day colonize every single planet in the universe. In fact, we will most probably artificially create aliens in our own solar system before we even come into contact with others. You can already see it starting with the expedition to Mars.

1) figure out how good they taste, what we can harvest from them, and maybe breeding them here for domestication. we'd obviously first study and dissect them. basically take advantage of whatever we could since they're inferior.

2) we'd first try to be friendly but with our guard up.

3) doomsdayers would be giving the 'i told u so's', like 3/4's of the population would be paranoid as fukk. everyone would buy guns and protect themselves as much as they could. the crazies would be barricading themselves in compounds and stocking ammo/guns. religious would be talking its the end of the world. i think a lot would depend on what they looked like tbh.

these aleins well be easiest to beat to basketballs. the are like animal to earth like dog or monkey ? i know one human dog was very good to basketballls like air bud , so if it are planets with dog breeds like air bud , and air bud monkey , and so on it well be harder to beat to basketballs . but not very hard , i think team usa well be able beat these aliens
