The tests are scheduled. If you can't pass a scheduled drug test, you have a problem... even if it's just weed.

I remember reading a story a few years back about someone getting fired from their job for failing a drug test.

They had a medical card (I think this was in Cali'), and a legit' reason to use it (I don't recall what), but it still violated the employer's policy so he/she lost the job.

There were lawsuits pending but I didn't follow up on what ultimately happened.

I'm guessing this happens frequently.
