Yep he would be gone. It is becoming more and more acceptable to be anti-semitic in today's society. This trend really worries me.

Oh please. Shylock is such an ancient term, it's the same as someone getting upset about someone who said "I got gypped."

Some people even see Shylock as the true protagonist of the Merchant of Venice.

Biden has never displayed anything but friendliness to the Jewish community.

Biden is solidly pro israel, he has always voted in favor of arming israel. Biden is very friendly with AIPAC.

I believe Biden when he says he was ignorant of what Shylock meant. Biden has never come off as particularly well spoken

Biden at AIPAC basically sucking off israel.

Although being against israel does not mean you are bigoted against jews (lots of secular/logical reasons to have problems with israel, and I can see this as a huge supporter of israel), support of israel definitively proves you arent bigoted against jews.
