I blame the league and refs. If they don't enforce it properly, players have an incentive to flop and I can't blame them for doing it. It almost always will help their team with little consequences.

So, given how lenient the league is on it and how often refs make a mistake and miss the call, flop away. I don't blame any player for doing it.
