i think he's somewhere in the middle, just not a fan of bringing up slavery as a means to counter and discuss black and black violence TODAY.

Sure there is some validity and culture plays a part but I think socio-economics plays are a bigger factor. Blacks tend to be poorer than white people on average and thus are more prone to fall into life of crime and resort to violence.
