I'm being ****ing evicted (advice needed here plz)

This is really messed up, my landlord is on some BULLSHIT. The backstory is basically this: I've been livin in the same spot for a while now, never had any problems with management, other residents, the law etc. and basically I just go about my business. Today I came home and there was a folded up piece of paper taped to my door, basically reading: Dear Tenant, for the past several months you have been living rent free inside my head, and I am hereby instructing you to vacate the premises immediately or face penal action. [it was spelled 'penile' in the letter, not sure if on purpose] You have three days to comply. Signed, Bandito.


Anyone know what should I do? I've already established residence here, I get my mail here, I tap the hunnies here, I mean this is my full fledged pad, no questions. It's basically my permanent dwelling. I'm not sure he has any legal grounds to boot me like this. I've got some places in other posters heads but they're more like vacation homes, not sure they're suitable for full-time living. Actually that reminds me, Rufuspaul can you do me a fav and water the camellias I'm growing by the back porch inside your head? Thanks mi amigo.


So what do you guys think? Any legal experts here can help a guy? I was gonna go on a lil road trip this weekend, don't want to have to stay home and worry bout moving :(
