DeCaf Coffee though...it isn't the caffeine that is healthy, that is known, it's the other hundreds of antioxidants found in coffee that are healthy. Caffeine is mostly UNhealthy and increases stress/anxiety...The caffeine content in most tea isn't very high though

Stimulants in tea are milder and less agitating than coffee. Plus these new specialty tea places have some crazy ass flavors. I've converted to a tea guy. Certain teas have thermogenics in there as well. Great for weight loss

I rarely drink either. If I gotta get up early in the a.m I would drink coffee. I"ll drink sweet tea if it's in the fridge.

I guess tea would be better even though coffee is good for you. Coffee makes me have to shit at the worst times of the day.

Usually have a coffee to start the day. A little cream with no sugar. Sugar is coffee is ****ing gross imo. Other than that it's pretty much only green tea.
