Did they specify why they think PB&Js are racist? Is it because it's (usually) white bread holding down the brown peanut butter? Add in some strawberry jam and you've got the white holding down the red, too. Replace the strawberry jam with blackberry, suddenly you're oppressing blacks. Replace the blackberry jelly with grape jam, and boom. Lakers are offended everywhere.

That's why I use 100% whole wheat bread. It's got a brown hue to it. Brown on brown violence right there. That offends no one.

Yeah it's racist just like stopsigns and red lights are racist against injens and negative rep ISHers.

I think we need to surgically remove all eyeballs at birth, along with circumcision, because the whole concept of light and dark and different colors is racist. Therefore we must take away the organs that observe these things.

PB&J sandwiches obviously promote race-mixing.

My cousins in Oregon told me about this story a while ago.

This shows why American students are failing in school, it's the sh!tty teachers. When the latina teacher was asked if she knew who George Washington Carver was, she didn't know or that his knowledge of food processing helped peanut butter become a staple in the American diet.

So one of the greatest African American minds in history helps bring a food to popularity, and now liberals have deemed it racist. Bravo! :applause:

I think so much emphasis being put on George Washington Carver actually has a negative effect.

Kids look around at all the great technology they see and it sends the message that of all the advancements humans have made the greatest thing a black person ever contributed was fcuking around with peanuts.

Like, no disrespect but there are African Americans who have made scientific contributions far beyond that of mashing peanuts into a paste. But no, instead of talking about them, let's spend all of our time on the peanut guy.

George Washington Carver did a LOT more than process peanuts. He was a brilliant scientist who's shoulders those African American scientists, and their contributions, stand upon. He wasn't just "the peanut guy".

That doesn't detract from the irony of the teacher not knowing who George Washington Carver is, or about his contributions to peanut butter processing, yet wanting to ban peanut butter in the name of racial insensitivity.
