You want your best player to use up all of his energy on both ends while their doing their job putting up buckets? Especially guarding the opposing team's best wing and and PG on their team? Kobe has played 7 more seasons, won 5 titles, and a great player in his own right. I don't have a problem or necessarily disagree with those ranking Kobe higher all-time.
