Should we raise the stakes at the line by making everyone shoot just one free throw? It could count as 2 points or 3 points depending on where you were fouled in the act of shooting.
Will it make the game better?

Can someone please photoshop Mike D'Antoni's face onto the picture of Randy Marsh covered in jizz infront of his computer after fapping for this?

Having only 12 seconds to bring the ball up the floor and set up a viable offense is ridiculous. Quite possible in NBA 2k, but not in a real-life pro basketball game
Like I said before, the game is fine as is.

I don't mind free throws until it's the last 30-60 secs of a game. Then it gets annoying as **** unless it's the playoffs or Finals. If there's a minute on the clock and the whole free throw battle begins, it seriously extends the game by 10+ minutes. Ridiculous.
Regular season free throws need to be altered somehow. End of the game situations based on free throws are disguised as being clutch/choking but honestly it's one guy shooting an uncontested shot from very close. It's not exciting at all. Only when there's context, like game 6 of a series to stay alive or some shit and push it to game 7.
In the regular season they need to do something about free throws because it seriously drives me up a wall with all the ****ing at-bat-esque routine players have at the line. GO **** YOURSELF IBAKA, SMELLING THE BALL LIKE A GOD DAMN ****ING IDIOT. I don't want to see that !

No, but combining free throw percentage with in game defended shot attempts, better known as TS is RETARDED.

I always wonder why they don't do this since a long time ago.
It will make for better watchability since it will reduce one of the boring part of the game.

I'd change one thing: last 10secs if a team is down by more than 2 points and the opponent (in the penalty) fouls intentionally outside the 3pt line to take away the 3pt shot, it's one FT and the ball instead of 2 FTs and losing possession. Sick and tired of teams exploiting this loophole to deny opponents down more than 2pts a fair shot at tying the game.
