Sup brethren. I just signed up for pre-licensing real estate courses. I feel like I have some inherent attributes that could be very effective in the realm. I have a good feeling about it but still going in pretty green.
Just curious if any of you have any experience with real estate or have family members with that career. Tryna find a new way to make decent money.
Any tips, expectations or advice would be very appreciated and rep worthy (if that's your thing)

if you want to advance your career. you're probably gonna have to end up learning the loan aspect of real estate.
so I think that's a pretty good start.
when the money works and makes sense for someone, the location/inventory aspects is really up to your company management.

Good to know. It's up to 60 credit hours so I know I will learn about that but to what depth, not sure yet.
Thanks hermano  I'll be sure to remember the focus on that aspect
