yep, male circumcision has reduced the spread of HIV in Africa a great deal...which is why that image is from an HIV website

I remember reading about that the last time this was brought up...they have camps set up where adults can get circumcised for free.



It has been shown to reduce the spread of all STDs in general, because the foreskin is difficult to keep clean.
