since he came here, mavs fans have penciled him as the starter. hes easily better than felton, and harris is perfect for his role of the bench.

nelson is also a great fit with monta and should get plenty of open looks with all the offensive options surrounding him.

Harris will play in crunch time though, he will play a Ginobili kind of role.

If he stays healthy he will be a good asset there, he was always a decent guard. Not great but solid shooter who can run the offence.

Felton has already said he's ok with coming off the bench so doubt there will be much trouble there. The pecking order is pretty much falling in to place as it would on most teams. Nelson is the best PG they got and personally think he's become underrated. He was an excellent pick up
