The difference is that when they were on a late night show, which happened to be Letterman, they didn't use hologram but had Damon Albarn, the real face of the band, performed live.

Miku is literally virtual. Also, I heard they had never done a show in a TV studio before.

its not actually, iirc a friend of mine who was a fan told me that her voice is not even real(you might have to check it up because i have no ****ing clue). I think its made by computers, which is even more retarded because i have friends that actually bought tickets to see her "live" (which basically shows her on a ultra hdtv or something lol) which is retarded af

If you refer to Letterman performance, as I've already said, it was a very bad song choice and sound setups. There are better quality songs made with Vocaloid out there.
