Suns should be higher. Lakers too definitely - Kobe/Linsanity/Swaggy + Nash, Randle all very watchable players.

Tier Two
Blazers, Suns, Lakers, Wizards, Wolves, Heat, Mavs

Tier Three
Rockets, Pelicans, Raptors, Hornets

Tier Three
Nuggets, Knicks, Hawks, Bucks, Kings, Nets, Celtics

Tier Four
Sixers, Magic, Grizzlies, Jazz, Pacers (this season), Pistons
