After the injuries, do you think Kobe still has the stamina/legs to score 23+ mostly from the Post.

Most of ISH won't agree but I personally believe a lakers team that is relying on Kobe to score something like 23+ pts a night isn't going to be winning too many games. I'm confident if he stays healthy he can do it but I just don't see him being efficient and reliable enough any more to carry that load on a team trying to contend. The other problem is the roster right now doesn't look like it can compete and he is only getting older every year and I don't know their cap situation for next season but it would be a tough sell if they still want someone to side kick kobe. I fully expect once he retires though some star will want to go to LA and take over the team though.

Kobe was already 2nd 3 peat MJ years 2008-2010.

Michael has been doing that since Phil took over. He gets to the post cause they have no post playing bigs. Kobe has been to getting to the post since Shaq left. Couldn't do it much in 08-13 cause Pau, Bynum, Lamar and Dwight clogs up the paint. Now they don't have post playing bigs.

No he wasn't. He was not in the Post has much has Mj in the 2nd 3 peat. Now that Kobe is older he going to have to do it much more.

I honestly think Kobe's done; atleast in terms of being an impact player.

Kobe is now Wizards MJ.
This ... Especially after the achilles, and knee injuries.
Kobe circa 2012 - 2014 was the same ages Mike was in the 2nd three peat.

He's been doing that his whole career. In his prime he was a poor man's 2nd 3-peat Jordan.

2006 Kobe as an offensive player was off the charts, that much I know. Defense is debatable.

Peak MJ played in a different era(faster paced), on a different team, and against different teams/players with different rules set. He is no doubt the GOAT so nobody's questioning that here, but
91-93 MJ (27-29 yrs old) averaged 31/6/6 in the regular season, 34/6/7 in the POs
06-08 Kobe (27-29 yrs old) averaged 32/6/5 in the regular season, 30/6/5 in the POs
seems like it's near peak Jordan a little bit, at least in the regular season.
and 2nd 3-peat MJ was 32-34 yrs old, Kobe is 36 already..

Kobe will be clearly worse than 98' Jordan but clearly better than Wiz Jordan
