You shouldn't start Waiters Irving and Bran together, they all need the ball in their hands.

The secon unit on the other hand has goof defenders and shooters but no ballhandler, so you should give Waiters a Ginobili kind of role.

Mike Miller would make more sense as a starter than Jones. And yes, Waiters is good with the ball in his hands. That being said, he's also a good spot-up shooter. Last year's statistics back that up. I don't really think it is going to be a problem... but I do think DWait's talents might best be utilized running the second unit and taking over stretches of games with those guys.
